apple, celery, or carrots daily… they make saliva that helps clean
stains from your teeth naturally! Make sure to use a good electric
toothbrush and toothpaste to help keep surface stains off. If you
notice darkening starting to happen again, a couple touch-up
sessions with either a custom or disposable whitening tray will help
